RETURNS
If your purchase has been customised, for example by choosing pockets, colours or styles then it is made specially for you and unfortunately it is not returnable because these items are personalised and do not fall under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 , although our normal product guarantee does apply.
Similarly it is not normally possible to cancel a bespoke commission once ordered and paid for if work has commenced on the commission.
Please also note that, while we will refund the original shipping charge related to the product for faulty items (in the case of a multi-product order, proportionate to the product in question), we do not refund the return shipping charge.
Please note that in some situations it can take up to 10 business days to receive the refunded amount. This is due to banking and payment provider constraints
You can find the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) in the order timeline under the refund details. ARNs are available for all refunds through Shopify Payments that are sent to a Visa or Mastercard.
ARNs can be used by banks and credit card providers to trace a transaction. If a customer claims they haven't received their refund, then provide the customer with the ARN and advise them to reach out to their credit card provider to investigate.
